Rooms are provided for hours, for a day, for a night, for a long time. For accommodation in the "Apart-Hotel-Spring" . The guest is required to present the Administration with a passport or water.However, persons under the age of 18 must have a notarized power of attorney from their parents authorizing their independent accommodation in the hotel. The guest is obliged to pay for his stay according to the hotel rates at the time of his arrival. To ensure the safety of Guests, 24-hour video surveillance is carried out on the territory of the Apart Hotel-Vesna, with the exception of guest rooms and restrooms. The following is prohibited in the "Apart Hotel-Vesna": • Violate public order; • Be in a state of narcotic and/or alcoholic intoxication; • Appear in the public areas of the mini-hotel in an inappropriate way (in dirty or provocative clothes and shoes); • Damage the property of other Guests or the property of the hotel. • Use unauthorized electrical appliances in the room; • Carry, store and use weapons, explosives, drugs and toxic substances; • Use the room for filming, meetings, parties and other purposes other than accommodation; • Smoking in all places of the "Apart Hotel-Spring" except specially designated places for these purposes; • Transfer room keys to unauthorized persons; • Place any animals in the rooms ; • When leaving the room, leave windows, doors, water taps open or electrical appliances turned on. Mini-hotel "Apart-Hotel-Vesna" has the right to refuse accommodation to persons who: • Are in a state of narcotic and/or alcoholic intoxication; • Did not present identification documents; • Have not paid for their accommodation; • Do not agree with the terms and rates for accommodation and hotel accommodation; • Violate public order. If a Guest violates any of the above rules of accommodation at the Apart Hotel-Vesna, including smoking in the wrong place and disobeying the legal requirements of the Administration, the Administration has the right to impose a fine on him or evict violators at any time with withholding payment for the current day. The rules for staying at the Apart Hotel-Vesna were developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" and "Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 490 of January 25, 1997, with amendments and additions of 02.10.1999, 15.09.2000.
